1. Definitions
- Homeowner: A user who submits a service request (lead) on the Platform.
- Provider: A service professional or company who purchases or bids on leads using platform credits.
- Lead: A request submitted by a Homeowner containing location, timing, and contact details.
- Credits: Platform currency purchased with fiat money and used exclusively to buy or bid on leads.
- Auction: The competitive bidding process for a lead.
- Buyout: Immediate purchase of a lead at the listed buyout price, ending any active auction.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Platform Services – Homeowner Flow
Homeowners submit leads in the sequence: Location → Timing → Contact Information.
We distribute each lead to eligible Providers via our buyout and auction system. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, conversion rate, or outcome of any lead. Homeowners use the Platform at their own risk.
4. Platform Services – Provider Lead Game
Providers use Credits to:
- Buy out a lead immediately, or
- Place bids in timed auctions.
Only the winning Provider receives the Homeowner’s unlocked contact details. All credit ledger entries are final and irreversible except in cases of proven system error or fraud (determined solely by us).
Auctions run in short fixed windows with minimum bid increments. A Buyout closes the auction instantly. We use technical safeguards (idempotency keys and transactional checks) to prevent double settlement.
5. Payments, Credits, and Strict No-Refund Policy
All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Once fiat currency is converted into Credits, those Credits cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred back to your bank, credit card, or any external account under any circumstances.
Credits may be used exclusively within the Platform to purchase or bid on leads. We do not issue refunds for unused Credits, expired leads, or leads that do not convert into business for you.
6. Rewards and Referral Program
Referral bonuses and loyalty points are redeemable only for catalog items or platform perks and have no cash value. We may suspend accounts, revoke rewards, or reverse balances if we detect abuse, self-referral, fake activity, or violation of program rules.
7. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you submit (leads, bids, profile information, etc.).
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent leads or bids
- Attempt to manipulate auctions or the credit system
- Use bots, scripts, or automation
- Engage in self-referral or artificial inflation of rewards
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
We may remove any content and terminate accounts for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, logos, and technology are owned by CalendarLead or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose only.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties.
We do not guarantee that leads will result in jobs, that Providers will respond, or that the Platform will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CalendarLead harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all Credits and rewards are forfeited with no refund.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
